Elmwood Village Assocation Free Summer Concert Series


The Elmwood Village Association and M&T Bank are pleased to announce another year of our popular free summer concerts.

The concerts take place on Tuesdays, 7 to 9 p.m.  On Bidwell Parkway at Elmwood Avenue.

Concert-goers are welcome to bring folding chairs, blankets, and picnics. Grilled food, wine and beer will be sold at the concerts, with proceeds benefiting the Elmwood Village Association.

June 29 - LeeRon Zydeco
LeeRon Zydeco and the Hot Tamales play a spicy, upbeat blend of Zydeco, Cajun, Caribbean, Blues, Tex-Mex, and New Orleans sounds

July 6 - Crittenden

July 13 - Buffalo Shuffle

July 20 - N'Dias
The music of N'Dias is rooted in the African tradition and through its performances the band strives to build awareness for the beauty and excitement of West African dance and drumming

July 27 - The Steam Donkeys
Sponsored by Try-It Distributing. For more than a decade, the boys have brought their blend of musical virtuosity and eclecticism to bar stages, street festivals and massive amphitheaters throughout Buffalo, Western New York and all the way down the Eastern Seaboard. 

August 3 - Latin Jazz Project
Latin Jazz Project's repertoire ranges from the rhythms of salsa, merengue and the son montuno to the more mellow sounds of the samba, bassa nova and the cha-cha.

August 10 - Gretchen Schulz
